July Prayers

July 1

Father thank You for being our constant. No matter what is going on around us You remain the same yesterday, today and for all our tomorrows. Amen and Amen

July 2

Thank You Lord for the blessings You continually shower upon us. It is because of Your love and Your goodness. For we deserve nothing. Thank You Father.

July 3

Lord as we read Your word we come upon the verse that says “We are Your treasured possession”. Oh Lord how can this be when we are such a sinful people? Oh that we would come to truly understand what the cost was for us to be Your treasure. In Jesus’ name we pray.

July 4

Lord thank You, for You are not only the God who sees our needs but the God who provides for our needs according to Your will. We trust in You knowing if You are allowing us to go through something, You will provide what we need to get through it. Amen

July 5

Jehova Rafa, there are times we are so broken we feel as though we can not come to You. Yet, in those moments You come and meet us. We rest in the assurance knowing You are the God who heals, You are also the God who restores. Amen

July 6

Jehova Shalom, You are the God of Peace. You dismiss all fear and worry. Lord You hold our hand to walk through times that can engulf us with fear and worry. With You there is a peace that surpasses understanding. Thank You Lord, thank You for this peace.

July 7

Lord we know You sent Your Son to seek and save the Lost. We were those who were lost. Now, Father we ask You do the same for our spouses, our children and those whom we have been praying for, that have yet surrendered. We pray for Your mercy and save them too. In Jesus’ mighty and Holy name. Amen

July 8

Lord give us the desire to read Your word every day. Draw us to Your word. For through Your word You speak to us. It is a love letter You’ve given to us. It teaches and convicts. We ask in the name of Jesus.

July 9

Father there is a battle going on inside us. Flesh verses our spirit. Lord empower us to fight our flesh. To have victory over its evil desires. In Jesus’ name we pray.

July 10

Lord sometimes we expect the grand miracles all the time. Help us to understand and see there are miracles that are happening all around us. You are a miracle maker of the grand and the small. In the name of Jesus we pray.

July 11

Father give us the desire to wash others' feet. We confess we want others to wash our feet and we forget to do so for others. Oh that we would be humble and serve others as Your Son did. In. Jesus’ name we pray.

July 12

Father, some of us are broken hearted; we need You to bind our hearts with Your comfort and peace. May we feel Your love as we pray these words. In the precious name of Jesus we pray.

July 13

Heavenly Father, use us to minister to the broken, to the lost, to the grieving. Give us the words that will soothe their hearts and minds. Give us the wisdom and discernment we will need to bring them peace.

July 14

Lord we cry out for the lost. For the ones that are confused with who they are. You created them and made them male and female. Have mercy Lord and reveal Yourself to them.

July 15

Lord forgive us when we believe there are some people that are such sinners they cannot be saved. We may tend to turn our backs to them. Remind us You did not turn Your back on us, for we were just like them. In Jesus’ name we pray.

July 16

Lord guide our children to the truth. This world is filling them with lies, lies that are enticing them to walk away from You. Strengthen their faith Lord when they become weak, we pray in the name of Jesus.

July 17

Jehova Shalom we thank You for Your peace that envelops our mind and hearts. Without Your peace Lord, we would be so lost. Amen

July 18

Oh Lord we fail so many times when it comes to living by Your word. We ask that Your word be constant on the forefront of our minds and on our tongues. In Jesus’ name we pray.

July 19

Being convicted and disciplined is not easy Lord, but we know that in the these times You are molding us and teaching us to be more like You. Lord thank You for being our Abba who loves us. Amen

July 20

Lord when we are tempted to give into fear, remind us that we have a choice. We can choose to keep our eyes on You where there is peace or on the circumstance that engulfs us in that fear. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray.

July 21

Lord You are called the Lion of Judah. You walk with us in our journey and keep us and fight for us. Thank You for Your protection and deliverance. Amen

July 22

Lord we give our children, our family to You. We raise up each one to You. We ask for the loosening of any bondage they may be under. Set them free and save them from the enemy. Bring them from darkness to light. In the name of Jesus we ask.

July 23

Lord comfort those who are mourning today. Give them peace as their hearts are broken. Cover them in the shadow of Your wing. In the precious name of Jesus.

July 24

Oh Lord who else is like You, no one Lord no one. For You alone are God the most high. You alone are the King of Kings, Lord of all. We praise You with arms lifted high and worship You. We love You Lord. Holy is Your name. Amen

Lord forgive us when we put our trust in our bank accounts, our jobs, our family members. None of these are certain, but You are. You never fail us Lord. You are our keeper, our provider our all in all. It is in You we need to put our trust. Amen and amen

July 26

Father as the election is coming closer and upheaval is going on in our nation we ask for Your mercy. Incline our hearts to vote according to Your word. Remind us that in the end, You are in control and the one who places people in authority. In Jesus’ name we pray.

July 27

Lord remove complacency from us. Oh that we would be on fire for the things of You. Revive us, refresh us. Pour out Your Holy Spirit upon us. Light a fire within us we pray, in the name of Jesus.

July 28

Help us to realize that our true life is hidden in You Lord, that we are complete in Jesus. For in Him is where all the fullness of His strength becomes our strength when we ask in His name.

July 29

Lord make us like Paul. To be content in much and in little. To be content in every situation. Give us grateful hearts. In Jesus’ name we pray.

July 30

Lord God, we can become a spoiled people when so many are in need and suffering. Forgive us when we have the attitude of that we deserve. In Jesus’ name we pray.

July 31

As we end this month and look back at the days past, may we find we are more like You and less of ourselves. May we see there has been growth in our faith, and may we continue on fervently seeking You with all our hearts. In the name of Jesus we pray.
