As a widow with children I was struggling to pay my mortgage. One month, in particular, I worked overtime and even sold some jewelry but still came up short on my payment. Then one morning I received a call from an elderly woman who I recently met at a prayer meeting. I barely knew her. She said that she had received a check in the mail, which she expected, but didn’t realize how big it was going to be. She said that when she asked the Lord what to do with the excess that I came to mind. She offered me the amount that I needed to make my mortgage payment!

God used this precious woman to provide for me then and later made a way for me to assist her when she was in need. God provides!
