Zech 2:1-3:10 | PS 141:1-10 | Prov 30:18-20 | Rev 13:1-13:18

How far are you willing to go, or accept, before you say enough is enough, no further. Because it seems like that line is continually being moved without much of a reaction or uproar. I’m not even referring to items like abortion, LGBTQ, cancel culture, critical race theory which continues to move forward into darker and darker places. We read in Revelation 13:2, “This beast looked like a leopard, but it had the feet of a bear and the mouth of a lion! And the dragon gave the beast his own power and throne and great authority.” Now seeing this description of the future Antichrist, look at the statue that was outside of the UN building in NYC last year:

Does that trouble any of you? In front of the UN building there is a statue depicting the future antichrist. I’m sure people are taking pictures of it, perhaps posing alongside of it. People can state there has always been evil, but this is to the next level. How about the demonic nativity scene outside of the capital rotunda in Springfield, Illinois last year, representing the Satanic temple featuring baby Baphomet:

Does that trouble you? That they describe this as representing plurality, unity, compassion, and empathy. This is not business as usual, this is pushing an evil agenda to new levels.

Maybe you acknowledge this as simply reflective of the downward trend of society, but what can you do about it? The Swedish have just developed an RFID microchip which is small and can be implanted in the hand to serve as your Covid passport. This technology is becoming popularized and is also used for personal identification and contactless payments. Neuralink is a new company which places chips in the brain to interface with computers. We read in Revelation 13:16-17, “He required everyone—small and great, rich and poor, free and slave—to be given a mark on the right hand or on the forehead. And no one could buy or sell anything without that mark, which was either the name of the beast or the number representing his name.” Two things to mention, these chips are not currently the mark as we are not in the Tribulation, the Antichrist is not yet revealed, the temple is not yet rebuilt, the two witnesses are not yet present, the church has not yet been raptured, etc. Also, the future mark will come along with an act of worship to the Antichrist, which the current RFID chips do nothing require. Whether you choose to take the vaccine is a matter of personal choice, but what will you do if the next booster comes along with a chip? Will you accept that chip, or is that a line you are unwilling to cross.

The truth is most people who have any semblance of faith try to walk that tightrope between the things of God and the things of the world. You might have actually gotten pretty good at it. But we read in Revelation 13:7-8, “And the beast was allowed to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them. And he was given authority to rule over every tribe and people and language and nation. And all the people who belong to this world worshiped the beast. They are the ones whose names were not written in the Book of Life that belongs to the Lamb who was slaughtered before the world was made.” The middle of the road option will no longer be an option. So, will you justify accepting the chip, realizing this might be a dress rehearsal for the future mark? How about your children in public school, how much damage will you allow to enter your children’s minds and hearts, before you say enough is enough. We, my fellow Christians, are called to be holy or set apart. Our line should be way earlier than most have justified going. As we see our rapidly deteriorating world, remember the warning in 1 John 2:15-17, “Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world. And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave. But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever.” Don’t crave a return to “normal”, crave revival and a movement toward the things of God, holding in repulsion the things of the world.
